The Art of Slowing Down: A 15-Minute Evening Decompression Ritual

The modern pace of life rarely gives us a chance to transition smoothly from workplace stress to domestic serenity. Too often, we bring deadlines into our bedrooms and anxious thoughts into our evening tea.
